Zen Leads is a lead generation and analytics platform designed for automotive dealerships. The Service provides tools including but not limited to: Unlock Price, Payment Finder, Schedule Service, Trade-In Estimate, Finance Pre-Qualification, and Video Concierge features. These tools are designed to enhance customer engagement and facilitate lead capture through dealership websites.
The Service is intended for use by authorized representatives of automotive dealerships and related businesses. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; (c) you are authorized to act on behalf of the dealership or business entity you represent; and (d) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials; (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and (e) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service to collect consumer data complies with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
The Service utilizes One-Time Password (OTP) verification via SMS to validate consumer contact information. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) consumers must provide explicit consent before receiving OTP messages; (b) you will maintain records of such consent as required by law; (c) standard message and data rates may apply to consumers; and (d) you will provide clear opt-out mechanisms as required by applicable regulations.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Global AI Sentinel LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may integrate with third-party services including CRM systems, inventory management platforms, and website providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your designated payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in a separate written agreement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL AI SENTINEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global AI Sentinel LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
